Senior Contract Administrator - Mega Tower Project Location: Gold Coast, Australia Project: Mixed Use Multi Tower Project Salary: Competitive Salary Package A dynamic Gold Coast-based real estate and construction firm, specializing in high-rise luxury and commercial developments, has delivered 815 premium residences across Southeast Queensland and has over 1,500 more in progress.Were now recruiting for an upcoming mixed-use project: three residential towers with 1,000 apartments, 12,000 sqm of office space, and a 5-star hotel on a 1-hectare site.Construction is set to begin by late 2024, with a projected 6-year timeline.Reporting to the Director of Construction & Development and managing a team of 3 Contract Administrators, this role is responsible for the following: CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: Oversee, review, and administer all project contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and project specifications.BUDGET OVERSIGHT: Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial targets are met, implementing cost-saving strategies where possible.RISK MANAGEMENT: Identify and mitigate potential risks within the contract framework, ensuring minimal project disruption.STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, facilitating clear communication and efficient problem resolution.CLAIMS & VARIATIONS: Assess and manage claims, variations, and progress payments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely approvals.COMPLIANCE & REPORTING: Ensure all contract-related activities comply with local and international regulations, preparing and presenting regular project reports to senior management.DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all contractual agreements, amendments, and key project documentation.The attributes we seek include: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.15+ years in contract administration, focused on high-rise or mega-scale projects, with 5-10 years in Southeast Queensland construction sector.Candidates must be highly proficient in QBCC Contract Law and have a proven track record in managing complex contracts.Exceptional knowledge of construction law, risk management, and project delivery frameworks.Strong financial and negotiation acumen, with demonstrated experience in budget management and cost forecasting.Candidates with strong trade relationships will be highly desirable.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.How to Apply: An outstanding salary package will be offered to attract exceptional candidates to this growth organization.To apply, forward your resume in Word format quoting reference # L5X754YR.Please include a list of projects previously worked on and associated values.
