The role: A flexible role has become available for a part-time Commercial Property Manager in our Gold Coast office.
You will be part of a small, skilled team and will have the opportunity to work flexible hours, including working from home.
The minimum number of hours required is 10 hours per week, but this can be scaled upwards should you have more availability.
Key responsibilities: Support the team with day-to-day activities associated with managing client portfolios.Coding of invoices, financial accounting including accounts payable, receivable, and budgeting.Undertake fixed, CPI, and market rent reviews.Lease maintenance to ensure information is up to date and correct.Establish, maintain, and build conciliatory, pro-active open relationships with all tenants and service providers. Who we are looking for? Have at least 1 years' experience in a similar property role.Hold a valid and current Agents Representative/Certificate of Registration (essential).Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite.Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail.Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team.Look for opportunities to contribute, innovate and add value.Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously.
