As a Treasury Management Officer Analyst, you will be primarily focused on supporting the Treasury Management Officers in developing global cash and liquidity management solutions for our Australia and New Zealand headquartered clients, covering the semi-large to mid-cap space. As part of a new business initiative at J.P. Morgan, you will work with the Treasury Management Office (TMO) to not only build new customer relationships, but also have a strategic impact on the business. In this team, you will be primarily focused on supporting the senior Treasury Management Officers regionally. Job Responsibilities: Servicing the specific cash management needs of the bank’s targeted priority prospects and clients in the mi-cap to semi-large space Work with professionals across the business and within the broader bank as you manage relationships with Corporate Client Banking Bankers & Clients. Treasury relationship management and helping our colleagues to manage the implementation, on-boarding & ramping of new business mandates from clients & prospects Work in close partnership with other global teams and Product Specialists from across the Firm to identify and support the broader banking needs and requirements of CB clients and completes all assigned tasks on a timely basis with minimal supervision Assist the TMOs in preparing client pitches / decks / presentations working with Corporate Bankers to position our Transaction Banking / Treasury Services solutions Ensure that all the requisite needs around approvals, revenue analysis, pricing calculations etc. are done on a timely basis Make sure our pipelines are updated regularly and tracked working with our Business Management teams and responsible for execution of multiple production support functions to fulfill product requirements for clients Help the TMOs with strategy, budgets, and other ongoing requirements in building our client franchise to grow our Transaction Banking / Treasury services revenues Provide the necessary oversight and local accountability to support Commercial Banking’s governance processes and all documentation to conform to JPMC policy Work with internal stakeholders i.e. bankers, product partners, implementation, client service teams globally to ensure the best end-to-end client experience Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, or other related field Minimum 2 years of experience within the financial institutions Relevant experience in Transaction banking / Treasury services related products like cash management, deposits, trade, X-border payments, and collections etc. Background in managing transaction banking products Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience in preparing client pitches, process / project management and financial analysis Proven ability to work professionally and effectively across diverse product and service capabilities Flexibility in coordinating and managing multiple transactions/ processes ensuring delivery against deadlines, client expectations and business priorities Team player possessing interpersonal and communication skills with a drive to meet business targets Strong communication skills Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
