About the role As a .NET Application Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a skilled full-stack developer with expertise in modern .NET frameworks, Dynamics 365, and Azure cloud technologies. You will play an integral role in mentoring junior developers, problem-solving, and enhancing team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Deliver software development services across all stages of the SDLC, including deployment and ongoing support. Develop and maintain solutions using .NET (44.8), .NET Core, .NET 6-8, WPF, Web APIs. Design and implement scalable cloud solutions using Azure functions, services, and DevOps pipelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and validate requirements during workshops and design sessions. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Ensure application stability and support mission-critical systems by managing incidents and resolving defects. Identify areas for process improvement and innovation to enhance team efficiency. Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment through team-building activities. Deploying Cloud D365 Customer Service & Power Apps solutions and updating multiple environments (e.g., Development, Test, and Production) would be highly desirable D365 Customer Service & Power Apps regression testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolving any identified issues would be highly desirable. Deploying D365 Customer Service & Power Apps wave releases, new features, configuration, training, and change management would be highly desirable.May be required occasionally to work outside core Business hours. About you: Technical Essential: Extensive experience with .NET Framework (44.8), .NET Core, .NET 6-8, and full-stack development. Proficiency in WPF, Web APIs, MVC applications. Experience with Azure cloud technologies, including functions and DevOps pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support existing applications. CI/CD experience with modern tooling and methodologies. Highly desirable Deep level of understanding of the Microsoft Ecosystem especially D365 Customer Service, Power Platform and the collaboration technologies within M365 & O365 as well as familiarity with Azure Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Power Platform Solutions including: D365 Customer Engagement Customer Service Power Platform environment Power Platform CoE Tool Kit Power Apps Canvas, Model Driven, Portal App Power Pages Power Automate Power Virtual Agent Power BI Azure DevOps pipelines Devops experience Agile Boards, work items, wiki Proven ability to develop high-resilience, mission-critical systems. Non-Technical Solid understanding of configuration, release, change, and environment management. Strong incident and defect management skills. A proactive approach to mentoring and developing junior team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and excel under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
