Real Estate & Property Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Investment & Fund Analyst to join our team at a leading specialist property fund manager and investor.

Our company has a proven track record of acquiring over $3 billion in real estate, operating across diverse property sectors including office, industrial, hotels, agricultural, and land. We manage a portfolio of properties valued at over $1 billion, with a focus on wholesale syndicates structured as closed-ended trusts.
Role Overview
As an Investment & Fund Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting property transactions, syndications, and fund management activities. You will collaborate with a high-performing team to contribute to the acquisition, management, and performance optimisation of real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and analyse financial models for acquisitions, disposals, and syndications.
* Support acquisition due diligence by reviewing financials, managing consultants, and identifying key risks.
* Prepare investor reports, financial models, and syndication materials, including Information Memorandums.
* Oversee financial management for syndicates, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance reporting.
* Assist with property valuations, leasing transactions, and funding arrangements to maximise portfolio performance.
* Coordinate investor communications, responding to queries and providing detailed reporting.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals with strong analytical and financial modelling skills, preferably with a focus on real estate or investment management. High proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel is also required.
Additional preferred attributes include a tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, or a related field, knowledge of property syndication, valuation, and asset management processes, and team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
