Handle incoming sales inquiries via email and live chat. Enter leads and opportunities seamlessly into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Assist internal teams with data entry and keep everything running smoothly. Provide top-notch support for sales, service, marketing, and meeting bookings. Manage both incoming and outgoing mailboxes efficiently. Take on various administrative tasks, including supporting the marketing team with exciting projects and day-to-day operations. What you'll bring? Experience in reception, customer service, data entry, and/or a fast-paced operations position. Bright and bubbly personality, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and building great relationships. Extremely organised, being able to multitask and deal with competing priorities consistently. Willing to work on tasks autonomously and collaborate within a larger team. Above average knowledge in IT for Windows or Mac devices. What else do you need to apply? Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill. Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions. Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
