Through innovation and collaboration, the team plays a vital role in optimising virtual care services across the Tasmanian health system.The Role:The Senior Business and Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Virtual Care Data Team by providing expert advice on data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance the delivery of virtual care services. This role is responsible for developing and implementing business processes, policies, and reporting frameworks to support service planning, operational efficiency, and performance monitoring. The Senior Business and Data Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyse existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance patient outcomes.You will need:Extensive management skills in human and physical resources, including the ability to motivate and lead others and monitor the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of service delivery.Highly developed business analysis skills, including experience in analysing business processes and understanding how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.Significant expertise in project management with high-level skills and extensive experience in the analysis and implementation of business process improvements and change management.Details of appointment:Fixed term, full-time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2025.
