Leadership & Team Management:It’s the usual management stuff. But for the Project Delivery & Development team in Australia’s best Digital Marketing Agency. You’ll work closely with our group of Web Developers, Project Managers, Freelance Vendors, and Business Analyst to do what counts the most - deliver quality work on time and on budget. We’ll look to you to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages team members to achieve their best. You’ll support the Head of Department in conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback, and develop training plans to enhance team capabilities. You’ll work closely with the Head of Project Delivery & Development to align team goals with company objectives. 2. Project Management: You’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. But don’t worry, you’re not alone. You’ve got a team of Project Managers in your arsenal. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as necessary. 3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies. Implement best practices in project management and web development to enhance efficiency and quality. Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction. 4. Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates to the Head of Project Delivery & Development and other stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and post-project reviews. 5. Risk Management:Responsibilities: Proactively identify and manage risks associated with project delivery, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.6. Client Relationship Management:Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction with the delivered projects.7. Education: Bachelor’s (or above) degree in Commerce, Information Technology, Project Management, a related field, or relevant industry certification(s). Experience: You know what goes into building and project managing a web project or web app. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a track record of successful delivery. At least 2 years in a management role within a services-based business. At least 2 years of experience in managing cross-functional teams. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and coordinate efforts across various specialisations to achieve outcomes. Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) Experience with CRM systems. The stuff we’d love to see from you but totally not essential Education: PMI PMP Certification or other Project Management certification. Bachelor’s (or above) degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience: Experience in web development, as a project manager. Skills: Web Dev Technologies: An understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, etc.). Front-End Development: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular. Back-End Development: Knowledge of server-side languages like PHP, NodeJS, Python or Ruby. Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, CraftCMS, or Drupal, including custom theme and plugin development. Responsive Design: Ability to create and manage responsive designs that work across multiple devices and browsers. Version Control: Experience using Git for version control and collaborative development.
