Design Coordinator, Water Engineering

The Opportunity
KBR’s Water business in Adelaide has grown significantly over the past few years, to help support this growth, we are looking for a Project Coordinator. This role will contribute to large projects and programs of work across water, wastewater, treatment plants, chemical dosing, hydrogen and desalination. The delivery of these programs is focused on achieving great customer and community outcomes by leaving a positive, long-lasting legacies wherever we work.
Through accurate forecasting of time, cost and quality outcomes the Project Coordinator will make decisions considering multiple risk factors and technical options to ensure they are managed appropriately.
The Project Coordinator's responsibilities will focus on ensuring early stage detailed designs, concept designs and projects in FEED phase are supported across engineering, environmental, safety and sustainability.
Who are you?
You will have experience in engineering design or construction in the civil, water or utilities sector. Skills with managing cost, schedule, risk and change management will be highly regarded. It is expected that you will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering or related degree with exposure to civil water pipelines an advantage but not essential.
You will have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in challenging environments.
