Job Description - Delivery and Change Team Leader (250000CP) Job Number: 250000CPDescriptionDelivery and Change Team LeaderAt RACQ, we're good people doing good things, making a positive impact every day, with opportunities to learn, grow, and be more.About the roleGuide systems small changes and automation projects from ideation through prioritisation, implementation, and communication.Lead a team of process and system specialists, ensuring smooth delivery of changes across relevant Insurance departments.Oversee the governance and coordination of system changes, from ideation through to execution, including backlog grooming and supporting the business in benefits realisation.Deliver, support, and uplift the Knowledge Management approach and process for Insurance.Lead a team of 4-7 direct reports, providing mentorship and coaching.Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure the alignment of activities with business goals.Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the Insurance departments.Navigate and manage change within a fast-paced environment.Apply strong commercial acumen in managing change.Promote strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.Actively contribute to business strategy by identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.About you3-5 years of relevant experience in leading change management within the Insurance or Financial Services sector.Proven experience in designing and executing small change programs, including systems improvements and automation.Proven experience in the design, uplift, and coordination of Knowledge Management.Strong knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Insurance Contracts Act, Privacy Principles, ACC, and Codes of Practice.Demonstrated expertise in operational areas of Insurance, particularly in claims, product, and finance.Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.Ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity.Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.Strong commercial acumen.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Proven success in fast-paced environments.Why join RACQ?It is an exciting time to be part of RACQ as we continue our transformation towards better, smarter solutions.
