Your Mission
Analyse information, understand organisational context, and elicit business requirements in an end-to-end manner to support squad objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
* Perform current and future state analysis to support squad objectives.
* Transform requirements into system design, including API analysis and definition.
* Optimise workflow management to ensure strategic alignment and critical controls.
* Verify and validate changes in Non-Prod and Production environments.
* Build expertise and own requirements for Origination journey components.
What We're Looking For
* Growth mindset and experience in retail banking environment (desired).
* Strong understanding of project management lifecycles and procedures.
* Experience with Confluence and Jira in project delivery environment.
* Familiarity with data modelling, sequence diagrams, and complex integration requirements.
