About the Company:
MyneSight (RTO #31900), delivers accredited training and consulting services to the resources, ports, industrial and public sectors. Well established in QLD since 2008, MyneSight has secured a facility in Wollongong, as a base to deliver recently secured training contracts in NSW and to further expand its offerings across the East Coast of Australia. The appointment of a QLD Operations Manager will oversee the delivery of existing contracts, leverage off the existing client base of Mastermyne and Pybar Mining Services in Queensland and other markets to grow the whole MyneSight business.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Scheduler is responsible for managing and scheduling all training requests from initial client contact through to confirmed booking and scheduling of trainer assessors. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
5. Manage the end to end process of booking and scheduling training across the MyneSight business using online system aXcelerate;
6. Provide accurate costed quotations for prospective work;
7. Be the first point of contact for all training enquiries;
8. Work effectively across other functional support teams in administration, instructional design and compliance to deliver quality and timely training to our clients.

With your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you have built a strong professional network over the years and enjoy establishing productive and positive working relationships with all key stakeholders.
Other key skills and experience required:
9. Prior RTO experience and VET Industry knowledge preferrable;
10. Experience using a Student Management System and VET reporting;
11. Student enrolment processes, including data entry and preparing correspondence;
12. Experience in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and emails;
13. Understanding of and experience in all aspects of administration;
14. The ability to work as a team but also unsupervised;
15. High level of time management and organisational skills as well as problem solving techniques;
16. Assist with Front Office reception duties, including walk-in enquiries and telephone enquiries as and when required.
