The Role:
1. Co-Manage Directors Diary
2. Manager full listing to settlement and post-settlement process
3. Data Entry, Managing enquiry & liaison with all internal & external clientele
4. Fast-paced role!! Managing on average 7-10 properties at a time!
5. Great culture & vibrant team environment
6. Prepare for listing presentations & market analysis research
7. Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
8. Consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale
9. Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs & original contracts

The Candidate:

13. Must have similar experience in an EA/ PA/ Sales Coordinator role within Real Estate
14. HIGH attention to detail & great time management skills
15. Must hold a Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate Licence
16. Required to have a current driver's Licence & access to a reliable vehicle.
