If it involves moving oil, grease, water, air, or fuel, we take pride in being able to design a system for it.We are recognised as an industry leader across the mining, construction, manufacturing, agriculture and defence industries.As a result of continued growth, we are seeking a Pricing & Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Redcliffe.Role SummaryThe Pricing & Sales Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing national contract pricing reviews, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies, and managing sales-related administration in the ERP system. This role plays a critical part in driving commercial success by optimising pricing frameworks, improving contract compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesPricing & Contracts Management:Lead the review and adjustment of pricing across all national contracts, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends.Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximise profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.Monitor contract compliance and ensure pricing structures adhere to contractual agreements.Work closely with sales, finance, and procurement teams to analyse pricing impact and margin optimisation.Provide pricing recommendations and approvals for new business proposals and tenders.Sales Operations & Administration:Oversee and manage sales-related administration within the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry and contract management.Lead a team of two sales administration staff, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.Develop and improve processes for order management, contract execution, and customer pricing updates.Ensure sales support functions operate efficiently, reducing errors and enhancing order processing workflows.Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with the sales team to support pricing discussions and contract negotiations.Work closely with finance to align pricing strategies with financial objectives.Liaise with supply chain and operations teams to ensure pricing decisions reflect cost structures and logistical considerations.Data Analysis & Reporting:Conduct regular analysis of pricing trends, sales performance, and contract profitability.Generate reports and insights to support decision-making at the senior management level.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in pricing and sales administration.Key RequirementsSkills & Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial management, or sales operations within the mining supply, industrial, or similar sector.Strong knowledge of contract pricing structures, financial analysis, and margin management.Experience managing sales administration teams and improving operational efficiencies.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, D365, Pronto) and data analysis tools.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).Relevant industry experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.If you have the necessary skills and experience and are looking for your next career move, please apply as shortlisting will begin immediately.Cooper Fluid Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Cooper Fluid Systems is committed to safe work practices and a safe working environment.
