About the Role As Finance Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the financial direction of this prestigious estate. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with department heads, you’ll oversee all finance and accounting operations while contributing to strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Leading accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and end-of-month processes. Preparing financial reports and presenting insights to stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements. Innovating financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Skills and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA/CA qualification. Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting. Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Strong leadership skills; hospitality or related industry experience is an advantage. Proficiency in financial software and technology-driven solutions. Ideal Candidate Profile Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A clear and effective communicator who can simplify financial insights for various stakeholders. Collaborative and team-focused, with a proactive approach to challenges. Upholds ethical standards and demonstrates unwavering integrity in financial management. Preferred industry background: Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism, FMCG.
