The Opportunity
We're excited to announce an opportunity to join our Talent & Wellbeing Team as our new Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist! With our current specialist relocating to our head office in Madrid, we're seeking a dynamic individual to step into this pivotal role.
As the Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and managing ACCIONA's compensation and benefits programs. Your expertise will be key in fostering a fair and motivating work environment, while utilizing data analytics to drive strategic HR decisions.

Key responsibilities:
* Plan, drive, and monitor ACCIONA's Compensation and Benefits programs, including salary reviews, performance bonuses, and share plans, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Manage and execute all reporting, including the Gender Pay Gap submission for the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).
* Oversee the Human Resource Information System (Workday) with payroll, ensuring frequent audits for data integrity and smooth compensation processes.
* Participate in market salary surveys and conduct industry benchmarks.
* Continuously improve and maximize operational efficiency of all compensation and reward initiatives, preparing proposals to attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance.
Required Skills and Competencies
* Extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, including designing and implementing salary reviews, bonus schemes, and share plans.
* Strong proficiency in Workday ideally and exposure with working in a large matrix global organisation ideally.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to participate in market salary surveys, conduct industry benchmarks, and prepare detailed compensation proposals and enjoy working with large data sets.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate to wide group of stakeholders at all levels.
