About the Role
As a Business/Risk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the comprehensive review project aimed at identifying critical business processes across our enterprise client which comprises of business, and technology. Alongside the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Discovery, Analysis, and Review stages of the project, ensuring thorough documentation, prioritisation, and agreement on critical business processes with key stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our client’s business continuity plans and ensuring cyber resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Discovery Stage:
2. Lead the collection and organization of data related to existing business continuity processes and cyber resilience measures.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed information on business operations and identify potential areas of vulnerability.
4. Analysis Stage:
5. Analyse large datasets to identify critical business processes and assess risks.
6. Alongside a data analyst, develop data models to evaluate the effectiveness of current business continuity processes.
7. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualise key metrics and performance indicators.
8. Perform risk assessments and gap analyses to highlight areas for improvement.
9. Review Stage:
10. Collaborate with stakeholders to review findings and ensure thorough documentation of critical business processes.
11. Prioritise business processes based on risk assessments and potential impact.
12. Develop actionable recommendations to enhance cyber resilience and disaster recovery strategies.
About You
13. Proven experience as a Senior Business OR Risk Analyst or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
14. Experience with Business continuity and Cyber resilience
15. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
16. Experience mapping business processes to technology infrastructure will be highly regarded.
17. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
18. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
19. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
