This is a full-time position with opportunities to advance into a Head of Marketing role.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and traditional channels to promote our course offerings.Project Management: Coordinate project timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives.Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to develop engaging promotional materials (brochures, videos, blogs) tailored specifically to our target audiences, including businesses, HR professionals, and safety officers.Market Research: Conduct thorough analysis of industry trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and pricing strategies to inform effective marketing decisions.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, instructors, sales representatives, and external vendors (designers, agencies) to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor campaign effectiveness and regularly report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as enrolment figures, website traffic, and lead generation using analytical dashboards (Power BI or similar tools).Brand Consistency: Ensure marketing communications consistently reflect our commitment to professionalism, safety, and excellence.Event Support: Assist with the coordination and promotion of webinars, workshops, or trade shows.CRM Management: Oversee CRM system reviews, upgrades, and enhancements.Funnel Optimisation: Collaborate with specialists to improve marketing funnels, including landing page and cart optimisation, A/B testing, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.Experimentation: Conduct systematic tests and experiments to continually enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or project management, preferably within education, training, or digital services sectors.Proficiency in marketing and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Zapier, and social media schedulers.Expert-level skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.Demonstrated experience using AI models like ChatGPT to optimise marketing performance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to create compelling and persuasive content.Highly organised with exceptional project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Comfortable working remotely, with ability to operate effectively within Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
