The CNC Canberra Community Dialysis Centre (CCDC) role is highly rewarding and demands flexibility and adaptability to manage changes within the service.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in the operational management of the unit and will provide essential clinical nursing support.
They must possess strong leadership abilities, advanced clinical expertise, and experience in overseeing clinical governance systems, driving quality improvement initiatives, and engaging in research activities.
