In this role you will maximise profit centre performance by developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices across Melbourne West, that supports the delivery of the project vision and outcomes.About the role You'll be participating in helping to drive a high-performing team by devising and embedding improvements to the customer journey, and engagement strategies across the asset/s you manage.Develop and implement marketing strategies and practices that supports the asset/s vision and valuesEnsure Residential Local Area Marketing (LAM) planning framework is used to leverage the Stockland brand, acquire new leads and support the achievement of sales targets for the businessEnsure the execution of agreed LAM objectives are established, tracked and report in a timely manner. Communicate and demonstrate the application of key learnings into the planning of future activityManage eDM and social media content and communications to customersBuild and maintain relationships with external suppliers, provide high quality briefs that achieve high quality outputs and meet budget and deadlinesDevise, manage and maintain asset marketing business plans and FY strategies. Contribute to asset business planning, Project Control Groups (PCG), liveability action plans and place visioning strategiesEnsure community development initiatives are integrated into LAM plans and executed accordinglyReview and interpret data to provide key insights and drive a culture of community insights to assist decision-making at a project level and enhance marketing and sales strategiesReview and evaluate competitor marketing activity and changing consumer trends to incorporate learning's into national and local campaign development and executionManage and monitor the marketing expenditure and reforecasting in line with agreed annual budgets to minimise overspend impactsAssist the Regional Marketing Manager to develop other projects for business improvements as requiredAbout you Appropriate tertiary qualifications5+ years marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials, developing and executing strategiesExperience managing external agencies and suppliersStrong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detailThe Stockland Proposition We offer competitive remuneration and benefits.
