We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our client's team based in Cameron Park. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support the business with a variety of administrative duties in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Raising Purchase Order (PO) numbers and coding invoices
Maintaining and updating databases and records
Managing PPE stock levels and orders
Answering incoming calls and handling general enquiries
Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas
Providing support to the wider team with all general administrative tasks
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration role
Experience using SAP highly advantageous
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously in a high-volume environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Certificate in Business Administration preferred
Salary & Work Rights:
Must have full work rights.
Temp opportunity with the possibility of going permanent.
Pay Rate $40 P/h + super
