Channel Renewal Analyst / Sales Support
Bilingual Korean/English role available for a 12-month contract with a global software enterprise. The Channel Renewal Analyst/Sales Support professional will support Global Sales Channel teams, ensuring smooth and timely renewals for Channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support quoting for renewals on a rolling basis using prior contract details and updates based on company policies and strategies.
* Maintain shared trackers, keeping track of assigned distributors and resellers for upcoming renewals, statuses, notes, and actions.
* Meet regularly with distributors and resellers to review the renewal pipeline, request quote modifications, and address deal and policy exceptions.
* Develop a strong understanding of licensing models and contractual structures.
* Align cross-functional teams on large, non-standard deals.
* Own channel provisioning and operations support for assigned distributors and resellers.
* Act as the point of contact and subject matter expert for deal constructs, special pricing, operations, and revenue policies.
Requirements:
* Experience in sales or business support roles with channel partners.
* Proficiency in both Korean and English is essential.
* Initiative-taking, innovative, and able to lead and influence internal partners effectively.
* Strong communication, organizational, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* A passion for working in the software industry.
* Salesforce experience is a plus.
