Role Overview: The Registered Nurse will be a valued member of the Subacute team, working in a vibrant multidisciplinary team. We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
* Demonstrated a person and family centered approach to all aspects of care.
* Ability to work as a team with allied health and medical staff.
* Ability to work within a quality and risk framework.
* Ability to describe and demonstrate the use of evidence based practice.
* Australian citizen and working rights in Australia.
Employment Type: This is a fixed term part time for 12-months.
