The Role
The key responsibilities of this role, which encompass but are not limited to, are:
· Handling order processing and inventory transactions effectively.
· Establishing and updating customer, supplier, and product records in the company's database.
· Ensuring prompt product distribution to customers and tracking sales orders diligently.
· Responding to customer inquiries, needs, and orders through inbound calls.
· Regularly communicating with the sales and support staff to maintain awareness of customer requirements.
· Appropriately escalating any issues to the customer service deputy or sales team when needed.
