Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management Oversee social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Snapchat). Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice and target audience. Monitor comments and messages, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach. 2. Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media needs and campaign updates. Provide regular client updates on content strategy, progress, and performance through structured reports and presentations. Collaborate with clients to ensure content meets brand identity and marketing objectives. 3. Internal Team Collaboration Partner with creative, marketing, and design teams to align on social media strategies. Work closely with other team members to execute integrated marketing campaigns. Update the team on social media trends, platform updates, and innovative growth opportunities. 4. Content Creation & Strategy To be able to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for social media campaigns and calendars. Support multimedia content creation, including graphics, videos, and stories, utilizing tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite. Stay informed on emerging social media trends and best practices to maintain engaging, relevant content. 5. Reporting & Analysis Collect and analyze social media data to assess campaign performance. Prepare monthly reports with key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations, incorporating real-time analysis to inform adjustments as necessary. Qualifications 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field. Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of social media analytics tools. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for social media trends and digital marketing. Preferred Qualifications Experience in client communication and managing client feedback. Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaign management.
