Our client, an established contractor with a reputation for delivering new build projects up to $10M, is seeking a Site Manager to run a project in the South East.
About:
We're seeking a Site Manager who can hit the ground running on an industrial project, being able to take ownership of the job, liaise with consultants, suppliers, and drive the team. Ideally, you will have worked on jobs with precast panels, steel frames, mobile cranes, and overseen groundworks in the past.
This position will suit a Site Manager with first-class administration skills who can work autonomously and run a program effectively having delivered similar past projects.
Requirements:
* Experience in running $3M+ new building projects
* An ability to programme, schedule, and sequence trades
* Certificate III or IV in OHS
* Experience with Hammertech, Procore, or similar
* Trade or tertiary qualified
