The Customer Experience Coordinator ensures the office runs smoothly and manages the coordination of day-to-day activities of clients, appointments and admin duties.This role is full time fixed term until 30 June 2025 with possibility of extension based in Gungahlin working 8:30-5pm weekdays.So, what does an everyday look like?Proactively seek ways to further enhance the customer experience and engage customers by liaising with community organisations, other disability services and support programs, allied health providers, medical professional and educational organisations that could provide supplementary services.Provide full administrative support and be the anchor point on site to support the Recruitment Partners, Workforce Partners and Performance and Partnership Leader in service delivery activities.Support employer partnership activities including sourcing employers through distributing targeted marketing material.Ensure effective and timely communication with customers and employers to deliver post placement care by phone to clients who have deemed as independent workers.Attend to all facets of office management such as stationery and kitchen orders, and liaison with suppliers.BUSY Benefits…Competitive salary: Circa $65k + super + NFP salary sacrificeTraining and Professional development commitmentNFP Salary Packaging (up to $15,900 per year) PLUS meal and entertainment card!Career progression and internal transfer opportunitiesBUSY Benefits programEmployee Assistance ProgramBALANCE!
