We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as Recruitment Advisor within our Transition to Work contract.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Advisor
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be working closely with employers, employer groups, and industry to market ETC's services across employment, training, and community. This includes reverse marketing TtW Participants to employers to obtain sustainable employment. It also involves brokering vacancies and traineeships within the local area to obtain job and work experience opportunities, in order to achieve ETC's business and contractual objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
Providing high-level personalized support and service to our customers Actively promoting ETC's services to local industry, employers, and job seekers Seeking opportunities to increase business through employment and training Achieving agreed objectives and targets Developing and maintaining relationships with employers and industry to understand and respond to employer needs within the local labor market Criteria for Success
Customer service skills and/or experience Exceptional communication skills A high level of computer literacy Ability to meet monthly KPI targets A passion for helping others A current, clear National Police Check A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card Why work for ETC
