What’s On Offer Leadership role – mentor and influence the estimating team The opportunity to shape key commercial projects and the direction of the business Set the strategic direction for the estimating department, shaping its processes and best practices Work alongside other senior industry professionals Influence project delivery The Role Lead the preparation of tenders and quotations for various procurement methods Manage the entire tendering process from assessment to submission Source subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with tender requirements Collaborate with clients, architects, and government agencies to source and develop new tenders Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project schedules Lead and mentor the estimating team The Criteria Minimum 5 years’ estimating experience across commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of procurement systems, building codes, and statutory requirements Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating software, and construction planning tools Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of Work Health and Safety Act and relevant construction regulations Please call Tara Stokes GOUGH on 0419 280 999 or simply hit APPLY NOW.
