We’re looking for a skilled Clinical Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN). In this leadership role, you will provide high-quality clinical services, mentor and supervise allied health staff, and contribute to the development of care models and workforce initiatives, all while enhancing health outcomes across the Limestone Coast Region. Key Responsibilities: Apply specialist professional expertise, including Rural Generalist and Physiotherapist skills, to provide complex clinical and consultancy services across LCLHN and relevant professional networks. Operate with professional independence and clinical competence, utilizing reflective practice skills and seeking professional direction for new or advanced techniques. Apply detailed knowledge of LCLHN’s strategic directions, health unit operations, service delivery, and workforce issues to manage complex and varied responsibilities. Provide expert advice to management on professional service development, practice redesign, and adapting to client needs and service demand. What we’re looking for: Must hold a recognised qualification within Physiotherapy and be eligible for Registration and practicing membership.
