Your role will include, but will not be limited to: Preparing Structural calculations and drawings Undertaking detailed technical design & documentation for residential/volume housing engineering projects.
Professionally liaising with clients, drafters, builders and architects Organising your day efficiently and effectively under changing conditions You will be successful in this role because: A minimum qualification of bachelor's degree in engineering - Civil/Structural Sound knowledge in engineering first principles, residential footing/slab design, timber/steel residential framing design, reinforced concrete design, masonary design The ability to work independently, as well as in a team Excellent time management/organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders in a professional & productive manner.
