About the Role
This position involves managing security services for clients within a portfolio, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting existing and future customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Workforce management to ensure contract compliance
* Supporting recruitment to meet workforce demands
* Service delivery monitoring and quality assurance
* Resolving non-performance issues and developing improvement initiatives
* Data collation and reporting
* Contract change proposal support
* Procurement and risk management
* Contributing to business system improvements and regional plans
Requirements:
* Experience in defence or complex regulatory industries
* Workforce management skills, including rostering and labour planning
* Strong communication and administrative skills
* People management skills, including performance management and coaching
* Australian citizenship and AGSVA clearance eligibility
* Cert IV or higher in Leadership, Management, or equivalent discipline
