As a family-owned company, we value and get to know everyone’s families at a number of hosted gatherings where we connect, relax and celebrate our collective achievements.About the role:Reporting to the Civil Superintendent, this role requires an industry professional to lead our teams in delivery of safety, quality, and performance standards. You will have substantial experience in the day-to-day coordination, resourcing and supervision of up to 15 team members and sub-contractors on individual projects typically ranging in value from $500k - $20mil.Having established a broad knowledge of civil construction standards and industry best practice is essential in the areas of road/pavement construction and unsealed road maintenance. Experience in all areas of civil construction is essential. You will demonstrate resourcefulness and flexibility, especially around utilising and sharing available resources in a company environment. Plant operation and maintenance experience is an advantage.You will show strong leadership, mentoring and motivating team performance in their commitment and ability to meet project goals. Ability to work autonomously, with strong leadership and responsibility for your team whilst being accountable for all aspects of allocated tasks and priorities.
