This facility consists of 64 one-bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom units, providing a vibrant and engaging environment for its senior residents.This role involves providing tenancy and asset management services, connecting residents to the services they need to sustain their tenancies, and achieving their life goals.
You will work closely with our onsite team, support tenants and household members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality housing services.About You:Hold a Diploma or degree, or equivalent with professional experienceDemonstrated customer service skills and experience, preferably in housing, retirement village, or other community services fieldDemonstrated leadership experience to effectively develop and support staffDemonstrated ability to manage the business activities of HousingAbility to successfully manage residential tenanciesExcellent skills in building effective customer relationships, building a cohesive community and maintaining a welcoming and harmonious ambienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise professionally with all stakeholdersDemonstrated capability to manage diversity and implement social inclusion strategiesExperience of working with individuals with complex needsStrong negotiating and problem solving skillsProven organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise own and team workloadDemonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at workAbility to work in harmony with, and support the Purpose and Values of BaptistCareHigh level computer skillsAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to address on-site emergenciesAbility to maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism at all timesA Valid NSW Driver's LicenseNSW Working with Children Check for paid employment purposesA current First Aid CertificateAbout Us:BaptistCare is a leading for-purpose Christian-based care organisation that supports thousands of people across more than 100 locations in NSW, ACT and WA.
