Talk to us about how this could work for you.Hours per fortnight73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.DutiesProvide comprehensive/high-level administrative support to the Executive Commissioner, including the coordination of confidential correspondence and other documentation, initiating and preparing responses where required or as directed by the Executive Commissioner.Prepare and disseminate correspondence and briefing papers for Commission Meetings and liaise with the Executive Commissioner, Commission staff, and appointed Commissioners to prepare the Commission meeting agendas, minutes, and associated reports.Liaise and communicate effectively with Commissioners, Division and Branch Heads, and senior Government officers, whilst coordinating associated confidential duties to support the Executive Commissioner in their day-to-day functions.Provide assistance to coordinate and reconcile invoices and financial matters as required.Prepare policies, procedures, and established standards to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
