We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commis Chef to join our team at Hilton Surfers Paradise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and guest experiences.
2. Maintain a clean and organized working environment, minimizing food wastage and adhering to safety protocols.
3. Assist in food preparation, handling, and storage according to established procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Apprentice chef or Commis chef.
* Excellent communication skills and passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.
* Strong planning, organizing, and time management abilities.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
