Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Attendant to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards in our kitchens and supporting our chefs in preparing delicious meals for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and sterilise all kitchen equipment, countertops, walls, and cooking surfaces
* Maintain food storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators
* Receive and organise deliveries to the kitchen
* Support chefs and other kitchen staff in basic food preparation, cutting, peeling, and washing
* Remove kitchen waste and wash dirty dishes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as a Kitchen Attendant in a busy kitchen environment
* A willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team
* Open availability to work up to 38 hours per week
