This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer to gain a wide range of marketing and BD experience within a B2B services environment and be part of a high-performing collaborative National team of Business Development and Marketing professionals. You will be responsible for the following:Supporting the Senior Manager - Markets and Growth in all aspects of tracking and driving BD activity with targets and priority clientsProposals support across Adelaide and nationally including drafting and formatting.Support local office Campaigns aligned to the local growth plan, including active management and implementation of campaigns and activities proposed by the Office Chair and Local Service line leaders.Coordination of local and national events aligned to office, industry and service line growth plans, including planning, strategy, and in some cases implementation of events working closely with partners and their EAs.Development of well-crafted internal and external communicationsClient communications including drafting, marketing automation campaign flows and schedulingActive liaison with Industry team to maintain collaboration across industries at a local level, and integration of national Industry go-to-market to local plans.Active liaison with Digital Marketing team to maintain best practice campaigns implementation.Support BD projects to broaden engagement with high-value clients.Support for Digital Marketing team as required in major campaigns - lead conversion, campaign set up etc.1:1 Partner and Director support and coaching where required, around prospecting, best practice campaigns, ideal client profile (ICP) developmentWorking closely with other teams within the business to deliver on projectsSOUND LIKE YOU?With an opportunity to build and develop your personal brand within our team, you will bring your demonstrated marketing experience to this role.
