The Opportunity The team handles a diverse mix of matters, including: Unfair dismissal & general protections claims before the Fair Work Commission and courts. Discrimination & harassment complaints and investigations. Industrial relations disputes, enterprise bargaining, and union negotiations. Workplace health & safety compliance, risk management, and responding to regulatory investigations. Employment contracts, policies & workplace investigations for major corporate clients. Post-employment restraints & protection of confidential information matters. Whistleblower complaints & workplace culture reviews. You will work closely with major corporate clients, SMEs, and start-ups, gaining hands-on experience and high levels of client interaction from day one. You will also be involved in strategic advisory work, giving you exposure to complex legal issues that shape business decisions.
