Lead, develop and manage the analytics services team to develop, implement, improve and maintain processes and systems associated with the delivery of operations and maintenance activities across the Corporation. You will provide expert advice and governance of work management processes and systems for use internally and by third party contractors and groups. What you can expect with this role Lead a team of analysts in planning, developing, and maintaining operational reporting and analytics on behalf of the Operations Group Develop and maintain a reporting framework that supports the delivery of field services and other integrating processes Build employee capability through mentoring, coaching, performance feedback and development Manage the provision of ad-hoc reporting and analysis for regions and business units within the Operations Group Build and manage strong relationships with relevant stakeholders Participate in the development of Section strategic plans, and then working with that plan to develop and implement operational and tactical plans to achieve team objectives and outcomes Your skills and experience For this role, we are looking for great talent with: Either a tertiary level qualification in business or related discipline or substantial experience in a large geographically dispersed organisation. Demonstrated experience in management or supervisory positions. Demonstrated experience in planning, organising, managing, and reporting functional activities to deliver organisational outcomes. Knowledge and understanding of work practices and systems relevant to a large infrastructure-based organisation. Aptitude and positive approach to managing people to maximise their potential and their work contribution.
