Job Description From a Paediatric play-based session to help a child develop motor skills, to assessing & making recommendations on potential modifications to the environment through assistive technology or home modifications to improve accessibility; the work of an OT is varied. You will… Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL's and IADL's Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals. Participate in professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision Engage in group supervision & disability specific workshops Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's. Qualifications About You We are seeking a person who has: Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team A desire to make a real difference within the community Experience within paediatrics A Team Player who is eager to learn from and collaborate within an MDT Looking for a FUN and inviting team culture where we look out for one another!
