We are seeking skilled Plant Operators to join our dedicated teams, working on the safe and efficient operation of our quarry mobile and fixed plant equipment.
Responsibilities include:
* Operating quarry mobile plant and equipment (Haul Truck, Excavator, and/or Front-End Loader) safely and efficiently.
* Managing the crushing plant with precision.
* Performing basic maintenance and maintaining plant cleanliness.
* Engaging in problem-solving and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
* Participating in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
What We Are Looking For
* Essential experience: operating mobile plant (Sales Loader experience is a bonus).
* Advantageous HR truck licence, but not required.
* Valued but not necessary: quarry experience.
* Safety and quality commitment from self-motivated candidates.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
* Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
