Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As a Support Engineer, you will play an important role in our development team, focusing on fault finding and resolving simple issues across both web applications and server-side services & infrastructure. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high performance and reliability of our applications by bridging the knowledge gap of how config and apps work together while given the opportunity to touch different technologies within the application stack. With a blend of technical expertise and an inquisitive mindset, you will be at the forefront of diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions. What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Proven experience in providing level 1 through level 3 support, showcasing an ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Solid understanding of web development technologies and frameworks, with a preference for knowledge in the Spring Framework and React.js Experience with Java, Typescript, and the ability to develop and troubleshoot RESTful services Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL,) and proficiency in SQL databases Experienced in using common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc Good problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mindset that drives you to tinker with and thoroughly understand the systems you work with Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for digging deep into technologies and methodologies, always seeking to learn and improve Knowledge of distributed computing like Kubernetes, EKS, Spark would be beneficial but not required.
