St Charbel's College is an independent Maronite Catholic Co-Educational K-12 school administered by the Lebanese Maronite Order of Monks. The position is a full-time temporary role that will commence in January 2025. Ordinary working hours are from 8:00am to 4:00pm. The candidate will also be required to work during parts of the school holidays.The Administrative Assistant's key responsibilities include:Front of house dutiesProviding clerical and administrative support to members of the Leadership teamAssisting with first aid for students and staffPreparing and dispatching of communication to the school communityAssisting in the College print room when requiredVarious emailing, filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry dutiesEssential selection criteria A commitment to the ethos of a Maronite Catholic schoolDemonstrated administrative skills, with a high level of attention to detailBeing able to work as part of a team, but also autonomouslyBe a proactive problem solver with a positive attitudeProficient with the use of Microsoft Office suite of productsStrong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with staff, students and parentsWillingness to learn new skillsThe successful applicant must hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check number for paid employment.
