We have an exciting opening for someone in Parramatta to take on a leadership focused position, motivating a dedicated team of Client Executives within our specialty Not For Profit team.
The Senior Client Manager is responsible for nurturing talent through recruitment, onboarding, personal development, and mentoring, as well as the relationship development and coordination of product and service solutions specific to our Not For Profit client group. They will also be responsible for client retention, revenue generation, and budget management.
A core business unit within Aon Risk Solutions, Affinity meets the insurance needs of small to medium organisations, associations, and individuals across a broad range of industries.

What the day will look like
1. Overseeing quality of client service through precise reporting, development of best practices, streamlining staff operations, and subsequently increasing revenue opportunities.
2. You will be excited about reacting quickly to new ideas whilst driving thought leadership, innovation, and brand across the portfolio.
3. Engaging regularly with senior leadership and key channel partners.
4. You will also be responsible for client profitability, placement in line with Aon’s Go to Market strategy, compliance, work processes and workflow, increasing team engagement 5% yearly, managing and maintaining facility risk codes, and forecasting revenue.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
1. Demonstrated experience of managing a team of broking staff.
2. Experience in recruiting, training, and providing ongoing development for staff.
3. Demonstrated track record of delivering results in an operational leadership position.
4. Proven experience of public speaking at client events.
5. Ability to provide examples of process improvement successes.
6. In-depth knowledge of Aon, and proven history of having built strong relationships across the organisation with stakeholders of various levels.
