The Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role is a pivotal part of our skip bin hire operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing operational support to the team. Here’s what you’ll do:
* Engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms, assisting with enquiries, providing quotes and booking jobs.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams ensuring smooth daily operations
* Enter run sheets, schedule collections, and set up customer accounts
* Support the team with data entry and operational tasks
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Our ideal candidate is highly organised, has strong communication skills, and enjoys being part of a collaborative and dynamic team. You will have:
* Excellent communication, a professional manner and comfortable talking on the phone
* Knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula area is advantageous
* Good computer knowledge with the ability to learn new systems
* Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* While previous customer service experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with a passion for customer satisfaction and a desire to learn!
