Position Overview
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics for a FIFO project on a 20:8 roster located in the Pilbara, with expertise in maintaining and repairing earthmoving equipment and cranes. This role will primarily be based on remote construction sites.
What you’ll bring
1. Minimum of 2 years post trade experience working on varied heavy plant machinery
2. Proof of Right to work in Australia
3. A strong safety mindset and proven experience in a similar role
4. Exceptional diagnostic, troubleshooting and interpretive skills
5. High Risk Work License – DG, LF (Highly desirable)
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Carrying out preventative maintenance on Excavators, Loaders and Earthmoving equipment
2. Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
3. Servicing Heavy Machinery
4. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with WH&S requirements and legislative policies
