Haynes is currently seeking an Animal Attendant for one of our valued clients located in Moranbah, Queensland.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* General care for animals at the centre, including feeding, watering, groom/bathing, exercise
* Pound cleaning and maintenance for domestic animals
* Providing a high level of customer service, fostering & maintaining relationships with team members & stakeholders
* Work on a rostered basis providing after-hours services and on-call animal care at a pound facility
* Physically fit to complete manual handling duties
* Work both autonomously and as part of a team
On Offer:
* Employment on a casual basis until January 2025
* 7/7 Roster
* 3 hours per day
* $38.22 per hour
Mandatory Requirements:
* Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
* Vaccinations required (Q-Fever, Hep A&B, Tetanus)
* No allergies or sensitivities to animals or chemicals
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
