Lannah Dunn Fine Jewellery is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the South-East Queensland community since 1985. With a rich history in providing exceptional jewellery, we are now seeking a Store Manager to join our brand-new boutique in the Toowoomba City, located in beautifully restored Art Deco building on the iconic Russell Street.

About the RoleAs Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Toowoomba boutique. This includes ensuring our exceptional customer service standards are upheld, managing and motivating a dynamic team, and fostering a premium shopping experience in the luxury jewellery space.
You’ll balance quieter, more methodical moments, ensuring that operational processes and procedures are seamlessly followed, with the bustling, high-energy times that come with managing a luxury boutique. From overseeing a high-value product range to managing the needs and expectations of both our team and our valued clientele, every day will bring a new challenge.
What You’ll Be Doing:Leading by example with integrity and dedication, delivering exceptional service that reflects the elegance, craftsmanship and customer-centric values at the heart of the Lannah Dunn brand.Managing daily operations, including stock management, staff schedules, and maintaining store standards.Coaching and mentoring a dedicated team to help them excel in providing personalised service and product knowledge.Engaging with a high-end clientele, offering an exceptional, tailored experience every time.Overseeing VIP events and in-store experiences, building on the LD legacy of memorable customer connections.Ensuring smooth operational processes during quieter moments, while navigating the more chaotic periods with ease.Maintaining the boutique’s luxurious appearance and atmosphere, ensuring the store is always impeccably presented.About You:You thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments but can also stay calm, focused & motivated during quieter periods.You have a passion for luxury jewellery, styling, and building genuine connections with people.You enjoy leading a team, fostering both motivation and accountability, and have previous experience managing a retail store.You are confident in handling technology and have experience with e-commerce and social media.You love going the extra mile – whether it's for a VIP customer or organising an in-store charity event.You take pride in your personal presentation and in maintaining the boutique to a high standard.You’re a natural at managing expectations and can navigate both the smooth and chaotic moments with grace and efficiency.

Roster:Full-time position, involving weekdays and weekends with the possibility of a floating rotation Example: Monday to Friday, alternating Tuesday to Saturday.
