About the Role:
In this role, you will receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to gain the skills needed for a rewarding career in fire safety services. You will be involved in installing, maintaining, and servicing portable fire equipment, ensuring compliance with state and national standards. You’ll have the chance to build valuable experience and expertise while contributing to a dynamic, supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installing and maintaining portable fire protection equipment.
* Conducting fire safety inspections and repairs.
* Providing expert advice to customers and ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Utilising mobile applications for scheduling and planning tasks.
* Working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid, unrestricted Manual Driver's License.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to provide expert advice.
* Experience with power tools for installation and repair of fire protection equipment.
* Proficiency in using mobile phone applications for scheduling and planning tasks.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
